How do I gain access to the New York Times or renew my access?

Answer

Rollins College maintains an online subscription to the New York Times website. Access is unlimited full-text from 1851-1923 and from 1981-present, with limited access from 1923-1980.

Current students, faculty, and staff will need to create an account by navigating to https://nytimesineducation.com/access-nyt/ and selecting Rollins College from the Find School search box. Once your account is set up, you can access the full online content by clicking the Log In button on the right of the New York Times website.

Your access is good for one year before it expires. You can renew your access by repeating the steps in the paragraph above.

If you get a message that there was a problem with your email or password, click Log in without password and follow the link sent to your Rollins College email account from the New York Times.

Once you create your account, you can download the app and sign in there.
