How do I use the printer/copiers in the library?

Answer

There are multiple printers/copiers in the library, located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Rollins students, staff, and faculty can use them to print or copy by tapping their R-Card at the printer.

To Print

  1. Go to any printer in the library and
    1. tap your R-card on the sensor to log in,
      OR
    2. sign in using your FoxID and password on the touchscreen 2.
  2. To print,
    1. press the “Print All” green box to print all queued documents,
      OR
    2. press the “Print Release” icon to select and print individual documents.

 

To Copy

Press the Device Functions button and select the account to charge.

  1. Lift the top part of the print and place the document on the glass.
  2. Select Copy and confirm printing settings.
  3. Click Copy, and the document will print.
  4. Don’t forget to grab your document on the glass!

 

To Scan

Press the Scan button on the home screen and select the account to charge

  1. Lift the top part of the print and place document on the glass.
  2. Select Start to send the scan directly to your email.
