How do I download the Flipster app?
Answer
The Flipster app offers offline viewing of downloaded magazines on your mobile devices. You can choose to read articles in text view (no images, optimized for reading on mobile screens) and click through a digital table of contents for each magazine.
- To download the Flipster app on your mobile device:
- Google Play Store (for Android devices)
- iTunes (for Apple products)
- Amazon Kindle App Store (for Kindle Fire users)
- The first time you open the app, you will be prompted to search for your library. Enter Rollins College and log in with your Fox ID (leave off the @rollins.edu) and password. This is the same username and password that you use for your email and myRollins.
- If you're already using Flipster through your local public library, you can add Rollins by clicking on the menu icon (the three lines in the top left corner of the app), then the library name, then + Add Library.
- Then you can browse and view magazines through the Flipster App and download magazines to your Flipster Shelf for offline reading.
