I am not a student, staff, or faculty member of Rollins College. Would I be able to print in the library?
Answer
Guests of the library are able to print and make photocopies but must pay a small fee per page. Prints can be picked up at the Circulation and Information Desk during normal building hours. Color printing is not available for guests.
-
Sign into the desktop using the User Name and Password on the front of the guest password sheet you received.
-
Upload your document to the desktop.
-
Using a web browser, go to webprint.rollins.edu and sign in using the User Name and Password on the form.
-
WebPrint will only print double-sided, black-and-white.
-
-
Upload the document to WebPrint
-
Click on the ‘Upload and Complete’ box
-
Wait for the status to say 'Held in the Queue'
-
Bring the guest password form to the Circulation Desk and the staff person will retrieve the document(s) and charge you $.08 per page/$.16 for double-sided.
When printing from websites, try to find a printer-friendly version of the site. Otherwise, you can cut and paste things you need into a Word document.
