I am not a student, staff, or faculty member of Rollins College. Would I be able to print in the library?

Answer

Guests of the library are able to print and make photocopies but must pay a small fee per page. Prints can be picked up at the Circulation and Information Desk during normal building hours. Color printing is not available for guests.

  1. Sign into the desktop using the User Name and Password on the front of the guest password sheet you received.

  2. Upload your document to the desktop.

  3. Using a web browser, go to webprint.rollins.edu and sign in using the User Name and Password on the form.

    1. WebPrint will only print double-sided, black-and-white.

  4. Upload the document to WebPrint

  5. Click on the ‘Upload and Complete’ box

  6. Wait for the status to say 'Held in the Queue'

  7. Bring the guest password form to the Circulation Desk and the staff person will retrieve the document(s) and charge you $.08 per page/$.16 for double-sided.

When printing from websites, try to find a printer-friendly version of the site. Otherwise, you can cut and paste things you need into a Word document.
